SOPHOMORES OFFICERS, left to right: Maureen Gcrzcl, Treasurer; Peggy Skorpinski. Secretary; Beverly Kopcr, Vice-President; Larry Wells, President; Mr. McFarlane, Sponsor. Our sophomore year was, in a sense, a year of retaliation. We made up for the mistakes we made as freshmen. We knew our teachers better, and we knew what to expect from them. We found that amidst our joy and fun, we now had a purpose in life. We began to work harder, and, believe it or not, we began to enjoy our work. A goal was ahead of us. Perhaps it was not a definite goal for all of us, but it was something to look forward to and to strive to attain. Yes, our sophomore years has brought us many things; maturity, a deeper bond to our school, and a better under- standing of ourselves.
