JUNIORS OFFICERS, left to right: Nancy Ostrowski. Secretary; Mike Brogan, Vice-President. Bonnie Kerin, Treasurer; Mr. Hawse, Sponsor; John Kowalski, President; Judy Kanerva, Prom Chairman. The class of I960 exhibited its sense of responsibility toward the building of a great tradition for our school through conducting successfully the two major projects it has planned for the school year; the Prom and the Junior Class Play. The Prom was a financial success for the class and certainly a most enjoyable ex- perience for those attending. A southern atmosphere was realistically and effectively created. It was, indeed, a credit to those who worked so hard on it for such a long period of time. The Junior Class Play was another unquestionable success. Many juniors showed their class spirit through trying out for various parts in the play. They also worked hard on many committee assignments. Mr. Charles Palmer, Junior Class sponsor and director of the play, certainly had reason to be pleased at the interest and enthusiasm displayed by the members of the class. The Junior Class as a whole, then, has displayed those characteristics which show that it will be able to carry well the honor of becoming the next senior class. They have shown a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm and school spirit. With these attributes, the class cannot help but be a great help in establishing sound traditions for our school.
