DEAN OF STUDENTS REV. ROBERT BAYLESS We are more than pleased that the Lord has provided North Central with a man possessing the qualities of leadership seIf-evident in our new Dean of Students. Although he constitutes a new addition to the faculty and administra- tion, we are readily coming to know him. Rev, Bayless is a graduate of South Western Bi- ble College. As an acting Indiana pastor during the preceeding sixteen years, he has had op- portunity to develope a fine reputation as a man of boundless energy and zeal. He is presently serving North Central in the capacity of Dean of Students, acting head of the Discipline and Rules Committee, and also instructs a class in personal counseling. 24 DEAN OF EDUCATION REV. M. C. NELSON As an educator, counselor, and Army Chaplain possessing many years of experience from which to draw knowledge gained, our Dean of Education is rather adept at being able to rem- edy almost any situational problem the average student might devise. Rev. Nelson directs the entire educational program including curricu- lum, faculty, and of course, the students themselves. His duties as Registrar include matters pertain- ing to class schedules and credit requirements for graduation. Dean Nelson is a man greatly admired and a counselor well frequented. These qualities coupled with his daily duties well afford him the position as being one of the busiest men on campus. 48s
