Miss Burkhart's daily walk exemplifies high Christian ideals, as ably, she fulfills her duties. She is a graduate of North Central Bible Institute and has been associated with the school since that time. ARLENE CROCKETT - Assistant Housekeeper Congenial and happy are the words that describe the assistant housekeeper, Arlene Crockett. The iob of keeping things working smoothly and installing new equipment requires good iudgement and a knowledge of lAWRENCE DOUGLAS - Second Engineer Any day of the week you will find Mr. Douglas, our second engineer, quietly pursuing the iob of maintenance and repair. living in the school he is on call at all times. He has been with the school since he graduated in 1943.

x X. X Cf x REV. H. R. SNYDER - Treasurer Faithfulness has been the mark of Rev. Snyder's service since the beginning of the school. For seven- teen years he has quietly and efficiently served the Bible School and District as Treasurer and some- times faculty member. Rev. Snyder has studied at the University of Minnesota. MR. R. l. KATTER - Director of Finance Devotion to God plus twenty-seven years of busi- ness experience form the foundation of Mr. Katter's executive ability. Since I937, as Director of Fin- ance, he has cheerfully administered financial uf- fuirs, the cafeteria, veteran's affairs, and student employment. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota. MRS. CHARLES WILSON - Registrar Mrs. Wilson took her training in a governmental business course and served as assistant registrar in a large high school at Mobile, Alabama. Her warmth of personality has won her many friends and her willingness in the iob she has undertaken in keeping records of the registration, exams, and credits of the students has proved to be a valuable asset to WV VV M y W ' W a, V

20 .VIVIAN HELGREN As receptionist and switchboard operator, Miss Helgren meets a variety of situations with a smile and a pleasant word. MARTHA THOMAS A behind the scenes iob that calls for accuracy and neatness is that of a bookkeeper. Efficiently and capably Miss Thomas has done this for the school and district for two years. OUR COOKS Until the coming of Mr. Johnson in December, Calvin Olson served as chief cook. His excellent work in the culinary arts was appreciated by all. After an absence of several years, Mr. Johnson has returned to North Central as our cook and has done uh remarkably good iob in satisfying our di- verse tastes. STENOGRAPHERS A wide variety of tasks are represented by the stenographers of North Central. They serve in such capacities us attendance secretary, assistant regist- rar and switchboard operator.
