Led by Rev. Carlson, the students enter into many interesting discussions that give a good picture of the work of the minister. Rev. Carlson attended Western Bible College of Winnipeg, Canada, and served as pastor in Thief River F 3115 until elected Superintendent of the North Central District. qachttf How to express our thoughts effectively is an endless task which Rev. Hurst has helped us solve. With a smile for all, he is ably directing the Practical Work Program and sponsoring the 1950 Archive. A graduate of North Central Bible Institute and the Sioux F alls College from which he received a BA. degree, he served as an assistant pastor for three years and has spent the last two summers traveling with the Cospelaires Quartet in behalf of the school.

The prerequisites of the teacher of Personal Evangelism are a sound knowledge of the Word of God coupled with a vital personal experience. Rev. Katter has this knowledge and experience along with a burning zeal to witness. He is a graduate of the s University of Minnesota where he received his B.A. degree. Fifteen years ago he entered the ministry and since 1942 has pastored the City of Lakes Church. He serves as Secretary of the North Cent- ral District Council and the North Central Bible In- stitute, as well as manager of the Northern Gospel Publishing House. REV. WILSON A. Miss Selness, who has taught in the Music Department of North Central Bible Institute for four years, has in her unassuming way endeared herself to the hearts of her students by her godly example and personality. Miss Selness is a grad- uate of North Central Bible Institute and holds a BS. degree from the MacPhail College of Music. She has had seventeen years of piano teaching ex- perience.
