Keeping the school clean is a big job for the janitorial staff. They work many hours to achieve North Central's spotless appearance. Attractive, well-balanced meals and various snacks are served daily in the school cafeteria. Here also during the preschool hours, one finds students studying or visiting. Through foreign languages, students learn about the people and customs of other lands. Learning vocabulary and grammar is a major part of the curriculum. The students also learn about the country's culture and acquire writing and reading ability in these classes. Mrs. Oscarson teaches her second year French students with books and tape recordings.
