PRINCIPAL ' S MESSAGE V; Dear Members of the Class of January, 1941 : You are about to graduate. It ' s an event, an important occasion. When you were all very tiny persons about seventeen years a,go, you had everything to learn — how to stand, to walk, to eat, to dress, to speak, to read. Now that you are at the end of your high school years are you finished with even these matters ? I must confess that I am not, and that few, if any, of my acquaintances hold master ' s degrees in all these fields. The point is simply this : Don ' t stop. If you have learned a little better each year how to learn, then your graduation in January will be a commence- ment — a running start into wider activities.
