X E 1:4 Sunshine Water Pistols and Fun Create Memories Thirty-six seniors enjoyed the sights of sunny Florida from May 20 through 23. The day before and after that they. and the 4 chaperones, probably had mixed emotions about enjoying the 24 hour bus trip. The water ski show and the gardens at Cypress Gardens was their first stop. Next was Disneyworld and all the delights of that fantasyland. Monday meant Daytona Beach and fun in the sun - at least until they felt the effects of the sun. New to the trip this year was a cookout at the International Inn, which was their hotel for the trip. The final stop was Busch Gardem at Tampa and after that dinner at an interesting restaurant where they were entertained with music on a huge pipe organ. Hours of fun, mixed with trying to keep from being in the firing line of a water pistol, and trying to find a comfortable way to sleep on the bus, will long be remembered by the class of '78.
