Special Events are the planned and unplanned extra activities which help to keep students busy throughout the school year. Events included rock concerts by American English and Rampage. sporting events such as the Good News Bears and the National Division lll Track and Field Meet, and an Aurora Gospel Singing Group. Groups such as CUAB, BSA, the power- lifting squad, and the athletic department helped to bring these activities to the campus.
