This year's Dad's Day was held on a beautiful November afternoon. With the sun shining down and temperatures in the sixties. the dads comfort- ably enjoyed the NCC-Wheaton football game. After the Cardinals won the game and retained possession of the Little Brass Bell, the fathers were treated to refreshments, entertainment, and gam- bling inside Merner Fieldhouse. After the families broke for dinner, many returned to the campus to view Without Discretion, written by NCC's own Doris Replogle Porter. Top Left: Dads watch their girls strut their stuff. Once again, coffeehouse concerts provided quality entertainment, for stu- dents, at a reasonable price. The free concerts were seen at the Cage throughout the school year. The laid back atmo- sphere blends itself well with the folk-type music which is played. The con- certs are funded by sev- eral groups including: CUAB, Rl.C. and Com- muter Club.
