DEDICA TION Since the establishment of North Carroll High School representative athletic teams have be- come a source of pride and accomplishment among the faculty and student body. Although the participants were instrumental in these en- deavors, there has been a strong and guiding force which propelled them on to greater heights of achievement. This inspiration has been found constantly in the person of the Director of Girls' Physical Education and Coach, Mrs. Charlotte Clendaniel. As a small token of our appreciation for what you have done for so many students, we, the Class of1963, dedicate Quo Vadis, 1963 to you, Mrs. Clendaniel. It is our humble way of indicating to everyone our thoughts about your dedication to North Carroll High School. This devotion was not merely to the development of a winner, but to your primary concern of building a student's mind as well as her athletic ability. Whether it has been in interscholastic, intramural, or in in- dividual competition, you have continually stres- sed the proper attitude rather than the material gain. It is this ideal that has impressed so many students in our class and those which have pre- ceded us. It is impossible to estimate what your example and counsel have meant to the innumerable stu- dents whom you have served so faithfully. We can only acknowledge the fine work which you have done, and hope that you will continue to main- tain the high standards which you have established at North Carroll.
