Commerce Beginning typists become fascinated with the fundamental principles of letter-writing, tabulation and the development of speed. MRS. DON THORNTON LP.I.-B.A. Art Art students learn principles of design, ap- preciation, and the development of attitudes concerning art. Art students are exposed to art of past ages as well as the modern con- ception. The tantalizing odors that come from the homemaking cooking classes makes everyone wish she could take part in the eating of the products produced there. Eating is not all there is to a cooking class, however, the girls learn to plan well-balanced meals that have a high nutritional value, and planning and serving meals is a major part of the course.
