Ostrazewski. The 1979 N.B.T.H.5. IV Football team was one of the best in the schools history. The team was undefeated with a record of 5 wins and 0 losses. The team was also unscored upon in all five games. The team was coached by Varsity coaches, so they reflected many of the varsity team's ideas. The starting quarterback was Steve Superick, who also did the team's kicking duties, Alternating in the backfield were Ken Cosgrove, Chet Weiss, and lim Danna. Other main stays for the Raiders were Gary Schoen, lim Decker, Todd Southard, Mark McDermitt, Bill O'Byrne, Carl Scaturo, Scott Stewart, lim Jennings, and Pat McGinn. These players also played varsity, thus the team should have another strong season next year. The faces of lim Danna, Ken Cosgrove, john Kriegal, and lim jennings express their appreciation of a hard fought win. IV Football 171
