DECIDING All of our decisions which may have seemed irrelevant in the past are now revealing their true importance. Some of the biggest decisions of our lives are now being made. Will it be college, trade school, or right into the job market. Everyone will make their own final decisions based on past experi- ences. The Seniors will go out into the world with many memories of NBHS. DOING Our many organizations help break up the monotony of everyday school work. Whether its Student Council setting up an assembly, SADD putting posters up on our walls, or NHS helping with the future of our students, all organiza- tions keep us busy doing something. These groups put a lot of effort for the good of school morale and participation in extracurriculars. EXCELLING Our athletes take a lot of time out of their schedules to participate in our athletic programs. Their major goal is to win, yet the excitement of competition, and the team spirit can make even losing acceptable. North Branch has many fine athletes excelling in their field. The time and determina- tion put forth to excell in these sports is a treat for all stu- dents and the community to enjoy. % Organizations ANTICIPATING With only one year left, we are anticipating the world after graduation. We are learning to face responsibilities as they approach us in our life. Taking one step at a time, we realize we must not rush important decisions which could change the rest of our lives. Our childhood disillusion of never get- ting out of school is turning into reality. We know we must live each day to its fullest, so we have everlasting memories of our high school years.

BEGINNING Being at the bottom, again, we have learned to accept being ridiculed with a gracious smile. We live our days carefree, but we know we will soon have to make important decisions for our life after graduation. It seems as if we have been in school for an eternity, and we can't wait to get out, but we know we really don't have a lot of time here left. School is what you make it, so we are going to make it the most memorable time of our lives. CONCENTRATING When it all boils down, the education that is attained in high school is the most important aspect of these years. Without a diploma life can be harsh. In today's society, edu- cation comes first. With the fine staff and student dedication. North Branch has produced many outstanding students. The curriculum a student chooses is the first step to the unknown future. Whether college prep or general, the knowledge we gain at NBHS will be with us forever. PARTICIPATING Aside from all of our studies and other day to day routines, activities break up what could be a very repetitious schedule. It's very enjoyable to get involved in some of the zany games, pep assemblies and informative assemblies that are set up by our organizations. Some of our friends may have looked foolish with pudding all over their faces, or doing a new chant but these activities are a vital part of our school life. SUPPORTING Our local merchants go out of their way to support many high school events. In a small community like North Branch, it is important to have some relationship between the busi- ness and school worlds. Many of these merchants employ students, make donations, and give our school a feeling of belonging. Please support the people that support us.
