r' The 5 an a! 5'5$ - 2 □ C3 Real World On Working Working is what made America strong. Through hard work and patience, you can build a respectable career. Matt Place I HATE WORK! It stinks, it is lousy, and it takes up all of my time, and if I do any work. I'm sure I'll find more to gripe about! John Peplinski During my high school years, I've worked at two jobs. Each have taught me very much about people and has given me a small taste of the real world. In spite of this, 1 would suggest that one should concentrate on school first, work second. Eric Adams At this time it would be stupid to have a job. My school work and how well I do now is worth a lot more than a few dollars a week. School is my job. Shari Whitehead You can't live off your folks forever! Kevin Thompson Working is actually worse than school! If you can believe that! Kelli Cargill A job gives me a sense of worth, and opportunity. Ted Stevens I didn't used to have a lot of expenses, but with a job I do. Jeff Crowe 1 wish I wasn't in school, so I could work and get the things I want out of life. Dwayne Hawk I've worked at McDonald's in Lapeer since June of 1985. No matter what Jenny tells anyone McDonald's is better than Wendy's!!! Linda White

H3 C As seniors we are learning more of the responsibilities we will have to face in the real world. By maintaining a part-time job and keeping up on our school work, we are gaining valuable experience in learning how to manage our time and money. This will be very worthwhile to us later in our lives. To those seniors entering college, a part-time job may not be very practical; but for those not planning on furthering their education, the work experience will be put to use immediately after school.
