The Band Letter Club sponsored a new event this year at which Loretta Parsons and Ralph Hunt were named Band King and Queen. This new club sponsored dance in April promises to become an annual event. Though small in number, the North Branch chorus provided the community with concerts at Christmas and during May to show off their singing talents. Another small group, the Art Club again func- tioned this year. The members could be seen staying after school many evenings in order to complete projects. They also helped to orga- nize the May Art Fair. 25
