The Varsity Club had a very good Two Groups—One Aim—Promote Spirit year this first year in the new building. Their activities included the Homecoming Dance, trips to Detroit to a ball game at the Tiger Stadium and to the Drag Races, swimming in Flint and a donkey basketball game. Linda Fox Boys’ State—Girls’ State Representatives Chosen to attend Wolverine Boys' State in East Lansing from June 18 to June 25 were Thomas Frampton, Brian Hagemeister and Paul Kohler. Linda Fox was the girl chosen to attend Girls' State from June 16 to June 25. Candidates are chosen on qualities of char- acter, leadership, citizenship, and academic standing.
