You were never too busy to listen and advise; always at hand. Your pleasant manner and fine teaching will long be remembered by us. 4cU U Uatnatc %K Senana ttuCencloaanten ? ne Mnet Every year new things come into our lives. We treasure the old and adjust to the new, but one thing remains constant. Memories of the years of kindergarten through high school are treasured always. We have tried in this 1960 BRONCONIAN to picture the life of our school during the year 1959-60. Whether you are a graduating senior taking this BRONCONIAN along as a permanent reminder of days at N.B.H.S., or whether you are one of the underclass- men using it as a guide to class activities, we feel sure you will find many happy reminders of people and activities in this 1960 BRONCONIAN. 4ctaritcea Ste ent vut ‘Sucbiuu? Mr. Sutton says that he has sincerely enjoyed working with this group and feels that they have gained a great deal this year. Their progress has been unusual in that they acquired such a working knowledge in such a short time. This year the girls got their new blazers of white wool in time for the Christmas Concert. The following is a list of the awards given and received. The most honored of the awards won by our school this year was the SPORTSMANSHIP TROPHY AWARD. This award is given each year to the school in our conference who has shown the best sportsmanship at games held, both at home and away from home. We were very proud that our students won this award. This award was pre- sented to Mr. Packard at this assembly by Student Council President, Janet Klauka. The next most valued award, and some think the most valued, won this year was the trophy depicting the base- ball championship of our conference. We are truly proud of our baseball boys this year. The Athlete of the Year Award went to Fred Margrif, Senior. Football awards were awarded at a banquet in the fall at the close of the season.
