On May 18 was the Junior-Senior Prom our last formal dance put on by the Juniors, Baccalaureate night was on Sunday, May 20 and Class Night on May 24. From May 27-30 was our four day Senior Trip. We left Detroit Sunday, May 27, on the S. S. South American. Arriving on Mackinac Island the follow- ing ay, we saw Old Fort Mackinaw, Fort Holmes, and many other sights. We left the island Monday, May 8 for a swell time and a cruise down Lake Michigan arriving in Chicago, Tuesday with a beautiful city before us that we explored. 7 We left Chicago, Wednesday morning and arrived back home, tired but happy, on May 30. On May 31 was Commencement, which marked the last day of our four years in North Branch High School.
