Dianne Moore was in the eighth grade and Larry Boyer was in the seventh grade when they were taken from us. A vacant place remains unfilled in the class of 1966 as we cherish their memory. Superintendent of Schools Always busy—Mrs. Charles Lloyd serves as secretary to the superintendent. Mr. Richard Harris, executive head for eight years of North Baltimore Local Schools, has been the instigator of many needed improvements in the school curriculum and school plant. These improvements have benefited the students directly and the residents of North Baltimore indirectly. Mr. Harris received his Bachelor of Science De- gree from Ohio State University and his Master of Education Degree from Toledo University where he is presently engaged in advanced study. High School Principal Always interested--Mrs. William Ilolloway serves a secretary ro the high school principal. Mr. Wayne Miller, new principal at the high school, keeps the school operating smoothly and ef- ficicntly—yet he always has time to extend a friendly hand to students, faculty and visitors alike. Mr. Miller received his advanced education at Toledo University. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1955 and his Master of Education Degree in School Administration in 1962. Guidance Counselor Mr. Raymond George helps to guide the students of North Baltimore High School in preparing their pro- gram of studies and assisting them in the academic phase of their high school lives. He attended Bowling Green State University and received a Master of Education Degree in Guidance from Toledo University. Elementary Principal Mr. Reed Oberholtzer is responsi- ble for the supervision of the elemen- tary grades in the school system. He did his undergraduate work at Findlay College and received his Master of Education Degree from Toledo University. 7 Board of Education MEMBERS OF THE NORTH BALTIMORE BOARD OF EDUCATION POSE FOR A PIC - TURE BEFORE TACKLING THE AGENDA AT ONE OF THEIR REGULAR MEETINGS (L to R) Mr. Leland Hamlin, Mr. Ralph Cook, Dr. C.
