HOMECOMING The noise, shouting, and cheering of our big game with St. Wendelin was suddenly brought to a halt. Only ex- cited hushed whispers filled the cold night air. All eyes focused on our Homecoming Queen, Linda Weber, who was being escorted on to the field. At her side was our captain. Bill Crouse, and following them were her at- tendants Carol Enderle escorted by Tom Boltz, and Carol Cooper, escorted by Jack Thomas. After the crowning of the queen, the game resumed. The team did its best to win for her but was defeated by our rivals. Spirits were not dampened, however, and the Homecoming Dance was a gala affair with Queen Linda reigning over the festivities. 55 Captain Bill Crouse crowns Queen Linda.
