.Xu i K ,Ma-we ew-fsf 5 ffl t Q MARY TURNER Editor KAREN THOMPSON Business Manager I S Though many students left our old Alma Mater with regret, the beauty and freshness of our spacious new building has capti- vated our love and loyalty. As time goes on, a progressively en- riched curriculum will offer students greater opportunities, by which they may develop their talents and abilities. New and broader vistas are being opened, and as we look to the future, we hope the students will accept the challenge given them. The Class of 1954 is the first to graduate from the new senior high school. We realize that N.A.H.S. did not become outstanding by itself, but is the culmination of years of work and planning by the trustees, administration, faculty, and parents. We, the seniors, deeply appreciate the effort expended to provide us with excellent educational facilities. May each student reach the goal to which he aspires May each one treasure his 1954 SANDSPURS 1 1 remembrance of his friends and achies ements in High School 10
