People, places, events. As the seasons change, so do the people and activities at North Attleboro Fiigh School. Each season prompts a special sport, a special day. Each season provides a special memory. This 19’ ’ ' Yearbook tries to recapture those activities as they occurred dur- ing the past academic year. The Yearbook Staff invites you to recall the fresh- men and football in the fall, the College Bowl and the slave auction in the winter, and the seniors in the spring. We hope you enjoy the memories. 6

To say that you give your free time unself- ishly to students, friends, and fellow faculty members would be an understatement. You have virtually dedicated your very lives to the sharing of ideas, insight, and knowledge with all of us at North Attleboro High School. The Honor Soci- ety, the Yearbook, and the summer curriculum committee reflect but a few of your many involvements. Never have you sought recogni- tion or reward. Today the staff of the 1977 Northern Light Yearbook recognizes the countless contributions and the warm personal friendships of Martha and James Frutchey. We dedicate this book to them who, during our years of high school, have given us a glimpse of true dedication and com- mitment.
