The Sophomore Dance, commemorating St. Valentines Day, honored Ellen Bowman and Andy Sohngen as the Queen and King of Hearts when their guess of the number of napkins in the heart decorations came to the nearest exact number. The special feature of the evening was Jay Michael, who played the latest hit records, The gymnasium was gaily decorated with red and white napkins in the form of hearts for this dance.
