CONGRESS INITIATES NEW PROJECTS The 1977-78 Congress moved to levels of success in spite of poor participation. The few active members started several projects such as speakers for the Main Quad, painting the aw nings, and starting a Principal ' s List. These few Congress Members with no money and virtually no help, have worked hard and long in order to improve Norte Vista. Do-Do and Karen acting as usual. Jim Glurbino says Very interesting! BACKPACKERS GET HIGH ON MOUNTAINS The Backpacking Club was formed last year for the pur- pose of enjoying the wilderness together, and for just plain fun. So far, the club has succeeded in both.
