BAND HAS ANOTHER TERRIFIC YEAR The ' 77- ' 7Q Norte Vista Band was a terrific success. This year ' s band was the largest since 1970. They participated in such Band Reviews as Colton, where they took fourth, and Lester Oaks, where they grabbed fifth. Marilyn Casner was the Drum Major and Mary Gyll was the assis- tant Drum Major. Both worked hard along with Advisor Edward Casem to make this year a good one for Novi. The band also participated in pep rallies and assemblies, and did a great job with the football half- time shows. Over all, the band did a ter- rific job supporting and representing Novi.
