FUTURE HOMEMAKERS OF AMERICA This organization is composed of girls taking Home Economics and is sponsored by Mrs. McEl- haney. It has an enrollment of thirty-nine members. At our district meeting in Albion, on September twenty-eighth, Marilyn Martin was elected Public Re- lations chairman. Various trips to Council meetings in Chicago were made by Mr. Blacker, Ben Boyd, Lynn Martin, and Fred Carroll. Last year Fred was elected to the office of State Treasurer of the I. A. S. C. This is the first time a member of our council has held such an office.
