N TIME OF XVAR or time of peace, the Board of Education continues to govern all the ac- tivities of the schools composing the Normandy Consolidated District. Upon the shoulders of this group of con- scientious citizens falls the responsi- bility for coordinating the varied ac- tivities of the schools and for providing general direction for these activities.
