Seniors 1 (i V A Senior year is a rime of fulfillment. Ambitions made long ago arc completed. The doors close on care-free times and the future stretches on ahead. I he 1959 Seniors have many accomplishments on their record. An outstanding Senior play, “The Des- perate Hours,” the Senior assembly, and a spirited campaign for their Trail Queen candidate arc on the list of successes. A year full of events and excitements is climaxed by the parties and programs of graduation. The last Junior-Senior prom and the graduation dance and breakfast completes a wonderful year. Mrs. Wiest is handing out one of her “little black luniks to Ann Frier. “Money, money everywhere and not a drop to spend,” be- moans Miss MeSpadden to Margaret Jones. NHS Takes Honors Many feathers have been added to the crown of honors of Norman High. Under the guid- ing hand of the faculty, scholarship and per- sonal achievements have been made. The chorus and art students capped many honors and the band attended the Orange Bowl. FFA and FHA won prizes along with the Trail and Tiger Tales. Only a look at the records of Norman’s athletic teams is needed to show their honors.
