Through activities the clubs learn more, and have fun learning. Many Subjects Offered There arc many courses offered in Norman High School which cover fields far different from the usual ones. The Driver’s Education program teaches the whys and wherefores of driving. A Distributive Education class gives working students a chance to gain credit for their working hours. NHS Takes Honors Many feathers have been added to the crown of honors of Norman High. Under the guid- ing hand of the faculty, scholarship and per- sonal achievements have been made. The chorus and art students capped many honors and the band attended the Orange Bowl. FFA and FHA won prizes along with the Trail and Tiger Tales. Only a look at the records of Norman’s athletic teams is needed to show their honors.
