Mallie's active participation in the musicfields, N'Ergettes, and Student Council, and her outstanding scholarship have definitely qualified her for this honor. Congratulations, Mallie! His outstanding ability in the music and athletic fields have not limited his usefulness as a leader of his class, as he served as class president four years. Bob's achievements will long be a part of N. H.S. Congratulations, Bob! 13 Queen Sally Palme.- Elaine Danskin, Attendant Diane Ankerstar. Attendant King Pat Fisher so Bud Bettin, Attendant 15 ey j Douglas Busskohl attended Boy's State last June as Norfolk's delegate. While there, he was elected mayor of Valley Forge, his town. He also received the great honor of being one of Nebraska's two representatives to Boy's Nation in Washington, D. C. This award has gone to only two other Norfolkans. Doug held the office of Secretary of Agriculture at Boy's Nation. 16 Nadyne Long Julie Berner and Nadyne Long were selected to repre sent Norfolk at Girls' State last June in Lincoln. Julie was elected mayor of her town, Jackson, and Nadyne was mayor of her town, Jefferson. Bob Radnich Bernard Delaforge Bob Radnich was selected to attend Boys' State as one of Norfolk's representatives, but declined the trip to go to Germany as an exchange student. Bob spent the entire summer in Germany. The second foreign exchange studentto come to N. H.S. is Bernard Delaforge of France.
