SHARON SCHMIEDEKE had class and lovely clothes; no party could be dull when she was around. TIM SCHREINER had a casual manner which disguised his smooth leadership on the gridiron and in student affairs. Short and sweet, SHARON SCHULZ was one whose good nature never left her. Despite her carefree manner, JULIE SCOTT was a talented actress, a capable seamstress, and an able journalist. Always cheerful and considerate, IRENE SCHWEDE was one of the quiet members of the class of '58. The drawings in the Milestone are sufficient proof of the ability as a fine artist of MARY ELLEN SIMPSON.

A top-notch student, JUDY RAASCH always had time for outside activities and fun with the gang. Attractive and fun to be with, JOAN REES had many friends. Although she had a brilliant mind, JUDY RICE endeared herself to her friends by her modest manner. PETE SALTER was a fun-loving fellow who was equally at home on the golf course and in the classroom. MARY JO ROHRKE always seemed to have more fun than anyone, yet she was always at the top scholastically. BECKY SALTONSTALL was both cute and smart, and well deserved the many honors she acquired.

One of the friendliest members of the class of '58, DON STEUBE was an outstanding track star. Dependable and enthusiastic, TWYLA STEWART made a fine Pep Club president. DWAYNE STRASHE1M was a triple threat man, having scholastic ability, athletic prowess, and popularity. An outstanding track and football star, DICK SYDOW really made a name for him-slef in Norfolk High. SHARON SULLIVAN, a friendly girl with a wealth of wit and fun, had a host of friends. Lovely to look at, delightful to know, is a phrase that fitted N'Ergette president PAT THORNTON to a T. It is not surprising that DIANNE TIEGS had many friends, as her interests were wide and her talents varied. 28 LARRY WAGNER was a stalwart member of the class of '58; he was characterized by dependability, consideration, and friendliness.
