The Norfolk 4-H Club was organized in 1927, by Mrs. Abernathy, Home Demonstration Agent, with Mrs. Bessie Perswell as coach. Members have won several state and National honors and many County honors during the past I9 years. At present Everett Neil Henderson is president of the County Federation of 4-H Clubs. Norfolk 4-H Club was the County Champion 4-H Club in 1946. As a reward for this honor a banquet was given to our Club by the Stillwater Daily News-Press and a beautiful trophy presented to the Club. The officers for this year are I. D. Berry, President, Buster Blake, Vice- President, Mary Alice Bowers, Secretary. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Bowers have coached the Club for the past eight years.
