They performed at many of Nordhoff's social activities, such as the Senior Play, junior Play, and many others. These students receive train- ing in first aid and in caring for ill students. In do- ing this they help Mrs. Lewis, our school nurse. The practice they receive will help them to be finer nurses in the future. I Each year gym assistants are chosen but this year they were volunteers and they served for a different purpose. In- stead of assisting in the teaching they pass out the equipment, do clerical work, and run errands. They still have responsibilities, and everyone did a swell job.
