National Honor Society This year's National Honor Society was perhaps the most active NHS at Norcross. Along with the Flower sales, the club had a picnic with the Beta Club and helped a number of needy families during Georgia National Honor Society Week in December. Several Club members and the sponsors, Mrs. MacDevitt and Ms. Withrow, went to the State convention on Iekyll Island April 22-24. Beta Club did an excellent job this year at Norcross High School. As in past years, this club handled Honor's Night smoothly and managed to raise a large sum for the Beta Scholarship. In order to raise money for the scholarship, the club sponsored the Gruesome Twosome contest and showed a movie. The members of the Beta Club were required to keep a GPA of 90 to remain in the club.
