ARTS CRAFTS The main purpose of the art department at Norco High is to give students the opportunity to use their imagination and creativ- ity to the fullest. In all of the classes offered by the art depart- ment, students learn the basic elements of art, such as: line, col- or, texture and form. They experi- ment with different techniques and learn about decision making in style and content through pro- jects that they plan and produce themselves. Whether a student is enrolled in arts and crafts, drav - ing and painting or ceramics, they will have much fun exploring the many different areas included in art. Norco High School is proud to have three such talent- ed teachers as Mr. Hal Swegh- eimer, Mr. Jerry Smith and Ms. Holly Symons doing their best to show the students that art can be a fun experience as well as an important part of their schooling.
