JUNIORS ' FAVORITE CARS Cars play a very large part In the lives of high school students. Every student dreams of waking up and finding a Porsche vi aiting outside for them. Along with this daydream, students envision the car, not only with their parents ' offer to pay the insurance, but also their parents ' credit card just waiting to pay for their new car ' s gas bills. When students do drive cars to school, they make sure that everyone knows about it. This is achieved by jingling the keys of the car about the campus and drinking from a Carl ' s Jr. cup when returning from lunch. SHOWS This year students at NHS found plenty of time to watcin T.V. It appeared that their favorite shows ranged from the comedy of Gimme a Break to the adventure of Magnum P.I. When asked why they watched T.V., many said that they did it to relax and help them wind-down from school and also for entertainment. Very few said they watch T.V. on a regular basis, because they were often busy doing home- work or showing spirit by participating in school activities or sports. Whien not attending schiool, Norco students ' lives are centered around sports. Some students participate, while others are happy to sit on the side lines and cheer their favorite team on. Since this is the first year all of them can drive (and it ' s the best way to get out of the house), juniors make a point of attending any game that they can.
