JUNIORS ' FAVORITE RADIO ST ATIONS Nobody can say that Norco students aren ' t musically inclined. After all, they seem to listen to the radio at least five hours a day. Music seems to help whittle away the hours after school when you ' re driving, eating, talking or doing homework. Favorite radio stations range from those that play hard rock, to those that play the music of the 80s, to those that play pop rock . NHS students like nothing better than singing to a song with a special mean- ing on the radio while driving alone at night (that way no one can see you singing). Everyone agreed that eating was an art to be performed on the run. Meals are snatched between run- ning in and out of restaurants and home. The gourmet taste at NHS seemed to run mostly towards whatever junk food could be attained in the shortest amount of time during lunch breaks. Many find that they do not have time to sit down to eat, but end up eating their meals in cars on the way to some important destination. It ' s enough to give someone INDIGESTION. TOP FIVE 1. Today the new Rock-a-Billy style is like that of the 50s, however, the punk style is completely different. The 1950s rock songs were simple and innocent, now they are louder and more cynical. This year ' s Rock-a-Billy was the favorite among the juniors. TOP FIVE 1. ROCK THIS TOWN 2. BLACKOUT 3. WHO CAN IT BE NOW? 4. EYE OF THE TIGER 5.
