Aquarius is a new and exciting perform- ing group here at Norco. lt is made up of a select group of musically orientated girls who want the chance to perform and com- pete in choral music festivals. This group is under the direction of Mrs. Betsy Stebbins. The Norco High School Drama Club pro- vides an opportunity for students interested in theater arts to come together and share their interest. lt gives them a chance to practice their craft and develop their talent. The club's goal this year was to re-establish drama at Norco High. This took a lot of work and organization on the part of the officers and the club sponsor. Norco High was fortue nate to have a new drama teacher and club sponsor Nls. Laurel Goodhue, Drama club officers were Valerie Hunter, President, Robert Cooper, vice president, and Barbra O'Donnell, secretary. Activities included a Homecoming float, the play production Bell, Book and Candle , and drama work- shops. The club hopes to continue next year to have a growing theatre arts program and theatre company at NHS.
