GRADUATES OF 1948, as you go out from Noonan High School take the following prayer with you: “Lord, teach me to live, while I am still alive.’ Today you are very much alive, you have youth, energy, ambit- ion, faith in yourself and in the future and are anxious to step out and take your place in the affairs of men. Today your parents, your teachers, your ministers, and your community are proud of you. Remember the prayer and live so that they will be proud of you al- ways. 1 have enjoyed being one of your teachers, and as you leave, my best wishes go with you for a happy and successful life. The foregoing was written for the graduating class by Mr. C. L. Baskin, Superintendent of Noonan High School and advisor of the senior class.
