with a group of students; meanwhile, Mr. Cleary would be walking around with his clipboard giving directions to actors. Only with their help could the plays have been as successful as they were. Words are not enough to express the thanks that is due to our advisors. They have spent an infinite amount of time contributing to the success of our activities. Their encouragement and support never ceased. Mr. Planz and Mr. Cleary are special because they were not advisors who only commented and directed, they became part of the class. Because of this close tie their excitement, energy, and spirit spread throughout the class. Instead of leaving as only teachers and students, we will part as friends. 3

DEDICATION We, the class of 1982, would like to dedicate this yearbook to two enthusiastic individuals. With their tireless efforts they helped us through four very impor- tant years of our lives. Instructing us in the various studies of algebra, geome- try, trigonometry, and calculus and doubling as our class advisors. Chip Planz and Tim Cleary have given us a part of themselves that we will always remember. From the beginning of our freshman year, they involved themselves in our activities with excitement and vigor. Their presence was reassuring ivhen we were faced with difficulties: They screamed along with us at pep rallies, sang along with us while Christmas carolling, and helped decorate for dances. The time and energy that they contributed was immeasurable. At any rehearsal during the plays, Mr. Planz could be found painting and hammering the sets 2
