Ross on his third anniversary as superintendent of the Nokomis Community Unit School District. Public education in Nokomis has been given leadership by a man of courage and conviction, foresight, determination and energy - courage to accept with enthusiasm and confidence any challenge pertaining to the welfare of his community and conviction to stand firm in his beliefs; foresight in making plans for the best in education; and determination, as well as untiring energy, in fulfilling those plans.
