BERRY RITCHIE If Berry listens to 'Truth or Qonsequences', we hope he won t get any ideas about throwing some of those pies he del, ivers. RHONETA RUTLEDGE Rhoneta began in January to prove that a high school education pays. Imagine learning enough bookkeepin in one semester to lang a job! DON RUSSELL We wonder if the sudden vogue for red hair among the bo s showed their admira- tion Ior what nature did for Don. He never would believe that Chaucer wrote in English. NORMA SUE SHACKELFORD It is a fact that Montague produces brilliant students and soliticians. Norma serve as Junior class Presi- dent, secretary o the student council, and held a few other miscellaneous offices. CHARLIE SMITH If we had to vote for a typical N. H.lS. student r a 'regular guy ,lwe w0uld nominate Charlie. DOUGLAS STANSBERRY 'The old man of the football team', isn't as old as the top of his head. He can move faster getting into mischief -- and talk faster getting out of it -- than anybody else in school. BILL STONE With presiding over the senior class, he fing edit the annual, an taking a big share in the studen council, we know Bill doesn t have ang time to study. The teac ers probably just git into the habit of passing im.

Seniors DAN TEAGUE His preference for brunettes supports the theory that opposit es attract. But if he always falls for his opposite, he will certainly choose a chatter- box. BILLIE MARIE THURMAN We know her grandmother lives at Forestburg: but is that the only reason she visits there so often? BUD TOWNSEND Meet the Ted Gouldy-Bill Stern of N. H. S. He keeps all the girls busy helping him book shows bv correspondence. JIMMY TURNER e We understand that he took a correspondence course from T. S. C. W. this year, but we doubt that he got any credit for it. W. T. WHITE f' We hereby recommend W. T. as an investigator with the F. B. I. He certainly can collect information about civics in a quietlsort of way. WANDA WILCOX We are going to be careful what we say about Wanda. Since she works in the princi- pal's office, she could tell a lot about us. WAYNE WOODY Wayne came to N. H. S. from Vernon via Montague. But where did he learn to make those exquisite wood carvings? WANDA WYLER She's a quiet blonde whose favorite pastimes are riding horseback and going to basket ball games at Prairie Valley.
