Ke Q, Seniors Beginning their high school days with the distinction of being the first freshmen in the new building, the class of 1961 elected Jim Kemerly, presidentg Dave Roberts, vice -president, Patty Goodwin, secretary, and Gathi Hash, treasurer. While ordering NHS sweaters and building a bug-bomb float, the sophomore class was headed by Dave Roberts, president, Steve Smith, vice-president, Patty Goodwin, secretary, and Gerry Stern, treasurer. As juniors the class spent much time keeping Egyptian Holiday a big secret. Dave Roberts presided at the class meetings along with Pete Mather, vice -president, Patty Goodwin took class notes, and Phil Stephenson, treasurer, managed the concession stand. President Dave Roberts, vice-president Bill Campbell, secretary Patty Goodwin, and treasurer Phil Stephenson took the reins and the seniors galloped away with the first place in the Homecoming parade and Cathi Hash was queen.
