WITS AND WAGS 40' What color was her bathing suit? Darned if I know, she had her back turned. Parents spend years worrying about how a child will turn out, and then they spend years worrying about when the child will turn in. Fellows who drive with one hand are usually headed for a church aisle. Some will walk down it, some will be carried. - You remind me of the ocean. You mean I'm wild, romantic, restless? Naw, you make me sick. The fellow who thinks that evening and night have the same meaning should note the effect that it has on a gown. The exclamation mark is being discarded because people aren't surprised at anything these days. Nothing is opened more by mistake than the mouth. I SHALL NOT PASS THIS WAY AGAIN Through this toilsome world, alas! Once and only once I pass: If a kindness I may show, If a good deed I may do To a suffering fellow man, Let me do it while I can No delay, for it is plain I shall not pass this way again. -Unknown.
