Foreword Readers, we send you forth in quest of beauty and candor through the pages of this edition of the Lair. May your future be filled with magnificent charm as the sunset. Sunsets - shot through with shafts, myriad of colors and blended hues of Blue and White blazing in resplendent glory as Time draws the curtains of Day across the retreating horizon. School Days, like sunsets, soon pass but are not forgotten. The effort of the staff of the Lair is to include such features as will help retain and brighten the thoughts of these happy days in Old Nixon High School, when though be- dimmed by time their halos will glisten and their memories linger on.
