NATIONAL JUNIOR HONOR SOCIETY Elected president of this chapter was Daryl Pullin, who with Mrs . Rix fSponsorJ, Gilbert Sandoval QV. Presidentj, Sarah Dezelle fTreas- urerj watch D'Anne Parker QSec- retaryj make record of the first meeting of this group. Pictured are the groups from each of the classes. .m 1 -I I Juniors seated are Janie Gaytan, Judy Cook s ey, Margaret Kennedy, Jane y Cooksey, and standing are Beverly Jo Polan, Virginia A. Dudley, Natalia Riojas, Janie Wright, Rosa J. Sanders, Marilyn Davis, Larry Pullin, Jon Morgan Preston and Terry Ann Hewell. The charter for Chapter No. 1620 of the N.J.H.S. was presented by Mrs. Whe at in an assemly on May 18th. The institution ceremony was conducted by members of the Junior High Faculty. Thirty- five students were named by this faculty to become charter members of Nixon Chapter. Each was a- warded an emblematic pin denoting this honor. I I 1 Standing with Mrs. Rix are seniors Gilbert Sa doval, G.A. Watkins, Terry Lynn Wicke, Darr Downs, Angelo Riojas and Daryl Pulling while Gi ger Littleton, Sarah Dezelle, D'Anne Parker a Flo Beth Lindsay choose to sit. S oph omo r e s include Priscilla Crisp, Shar Rhoades, Barbara Brzozowski, Sandra Fink, Jer Hewell, Tim Millington, Gregory Wenske who a standing. Seated are Kathleen Moore, Sandra S well, Kay Talley and SusanDezelle . Jim Martin wx not present.
