The P. T.A. , under the leadership of capable P I',A' officers and committees, made the year 1958- 59, a year of excellent progress. Reading the latest issue of PARENT- P.T.A. members enjoy serving at the Hallowe'en Carnival. TEACHER are Mmes. Thomas He- well, Cor. Sec'y.g Ralph Billings, Parl.5 Wilburn Wagener, Treas.g Sam Hunter, Rec. SeE:'y.3 C.J. Merrit, V. Pres. and John Hewell, Pres. The members of the P.T.A. enter the Band Parade. Mrs. Hewell pre sides over the last meeting of the year. Fifteen Senior mothers are honored by the P. T.A. Members enjoy the new gym as their meeting place.

The school year 1958-'59 was a year of hard and rewarding work for the Band Boosters. A very successful Band Festival and Parade was the highlight of the year's work. The Band Boosters officers for 1958-59 are Mrs. R,A. Pullin, Secretary and Mr. G.H. Neuse, President, standingg Mrs. C. Davis, Treas. and Mrs. D. Montgomery, Vice-pres., seated. Pres. G. Neuse accepts a gift of appreciation from Mrs. D. Mont- gomery. vfembers enjoy the last meeting of the fear. . U 'W if llll THE YEARBOOK STAFF The annual got off to a very slow and uncertain start this year, but sales mounted, interest increased and the re- sult of many, many hour s of time and effort is now in your hands. Forgive us if your names is spelled incor- rectly or if something else is wrong, for we tried to do our best. All of the work was done at night. If you are justifiably pleased we will be very grateful.
