The first day of sightseeing was a rainy one, but we visited the Bureau of Printing and En- graving, the Smithsonian Institute, the White House and the Capitol where we toured with the same guide who conducted the Nixon Class of '56 through the building. Wednesday was a beautiful sun shiny day and we were greatly impressed by our visits to Mt. Vernon, Arlington National Cemetery, the Lincoln, Jefferson and Marine Corps Memorials. All abroad was heard at 6 P.M. on Wednesday and our train rolled we stwa rd toward St. Louis .
