HOMECOMING HALLS During homecoming week, the senior, junior, and sophomore classes were busily engaged in decorating their respective halls for the forthcoming event. The halls of Nitro High School depicted motifs chosen by the classes. These decorations served to boost the homecoming spirit; a trophy was awarded to the class with the best decorated hall. This coveted honor was captured by the Junior Class, whose theme was Massacre Road . The entrance to the Cafeteria, ingeniously decorated with the mighty Wildcat. Forward Ever Onward , decorated in traditional red and black, was the theme of the Sophomore hall. 28
